Reaction: I can't really say that I'm surprised. I think, in general, people have a pretty good feel for what kind of person they are, where their strengths lie -- the only trouble is acknowledge the weaknesses! I tried to be honest but I have to wonder though if there is some bias in my answers. No one wants to paint themselves negatively. For instance, I may think I am an empathetic and a considerate person, but someone may remember me differently (Oh, Chloe...that asshole!)
